तेलंगाना में स्थित काकतीय रुद्रेश्वर (रामप्पा मंदिर) मंदिर को यूनेस्को ने रविवार को विश्व धरोहर में शामिल कर लिया। वहीं प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने इस सफलता पर कहा कि उत्कृष्ट! सभी को बधाई, खासकर तेलंगाना की जनता को। प्रतिष्ठित रामप्पा मंदिर महान काकतीय वंश के उत्कृष्ट शिल्प कौशल को प्रदर्शित करता है। मैं आप सभी से इस राजसी मंदिर परिसर की यात्रा करने और इसकी भव्यता का प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव प्राप्त करने का आग्रह करूंगा। बता दें कि वारंगल में स्थित यह शिव मंदिर इकलौता ऐसा मंदिर है, जिसका नाम इसके शिल्पकार रामप्पा के नाम पर रखा गया। इतिहास के अनुसार काकतीय वंश के राजा ने इस मंदिर का निर्माण 13वीं सदी में करवाया था। सबसे बड़ी बात यह है कि उस काल में बने ज्यादातर मंदिर खंडहर में तब्दील हो चुके हैं, लेकिन कई आपदाओं के बाद भी इस मंदिर को कोई खास नुकसान नहीं पहुंचा है। यह मंदिर हजार खंभों से बना हुआ है।  इस संबंध में केंद्रीय संस्कृति मंत्री जी किशन रेड्डी ने एक ट्वीट करके कहा कि मुझे यह बताते हुए बहुत खुशी हो रही है कि यूनेस्को ने तेलंगाना के वारंगल के पालमपेट में स्थित रामप्पा...
